I would say no. At the beginning of the game, Loren is hetero, and she has always rejected her boss's previous advances. Then, surprisingly, Kirsten gets involved for the first time, and she likes it. From that moment on, she begins to appreciate lesbian relationships as well as heterosexual ones. So there isn't only a lesbian route.
