they want that because with ring of calories and max cum over 200 as you said, you will never run out of calories... if you have fun with monsters..
In addition to the Sedusa shrine where you no longer consume calories as long as you have over 200 cum stored, there is a cum inflation bad end you can get that requires you to have a large amount of cum stored ... and then get fucked again to go past your limit and get the bad end.
I can't remember what the limit was for it, but I thought it had to be over 500 (originally), but after the cum shrines were removed and the Sedusa statue added, the amount needed might have been reduced as well, the magic number now might be 200 or so for that bad end as well as for the skill you get from the Sedusa shrine.
What? It is just "get f*ed to value greater than your max" ... then it is game over and she falls out of the TV with cum dripping. It is even in the gallery once "unlocked".
What a shame. There used to be two separate game over scenes for a cum game over. Apparently now, it has a progressive scene that increases the size of the belly and removes clothing depending on cum percentage you set in the gallery.
What I remember and what I was referring to was the second version. Kind of disappointing that it was removed, but oh well.

From 0.3 onwards, the game started to become more focused on humor and gags, instead of the raw sexuality that it had when the cumflation along with the Minotaur DP was finished at 0.2

So I noticed max cum limit value actually saves between new runs if you managed to get to the end area and start over, like New Game Plus mode.
That's actually leads to exploits related to Sedusa (slut-saint). Basically you can up the cum limit to the point you don't need to care about food/calories, sandwich gets useless and you can't even sell it anyway (why, though).
Not only that, but health start to regenerate as well, even without Ring of Regeneration - get this ring on top of that and you are unstoppable.
Next comes the luck value which gets +5 value each time you have sex with anyone. Find a Succubus or Incubus, get close to them, hit them once so they won't attack you when you stand near them and now you can spam Sex scenes for farming Luck stat value simply because S and I have locked 20/20 cum value all the time. So you just need to watch out for your own upper cum limit which keeps increasing every move you make. Can use Masturbation/Rest special events (press right or left while in inventory mode) to low current cum value fast enough.
Not sure if luck value matters for now, but I think it helps to encounter more altars and blessed stuff, maybe it's just coincidence in my runs.
Here's a save for hardcore run start with 2323 cum limit, just get to the Sedusa statue and pick that cum-related blessing and fuck with everyone.

Anyone tried running the game with Reshade? I wonder if we can enhance the graphics further with more effects, like depth of field, fog, bloom, ambient occlusion, tonemapping, etc.
Also, not listed in the update notes but we got 2 new Scaling Modes (MetalfxSpatial, MetalfxTemporal) and somehow the succubus mobs I find have epilepsy orbs now.

With this update the game crash when trying to change the Anti Aliasing on NVidia GTX1050(Vulcan) and RTX3060(DX12)

Never saw any ambient occlusion effect with MSAA. I bet it is unintentional.
I just settle with FSR2 and 0.5 scale since the game doesn't have that much texel density or world complexity to begin with. Though I have a UHD 240Hz monitor and therefore the game blasts at least 240 FPS which is just overkill for this game. Built in Vsync in 1/2, 1/3 etc would be great to address that...
