When I had my GTX970 in my machine, it could take about a minute for the game to unfreeze and start working again. With my current RTX4060, it still takes 20 seconds or so, but the game still becomes unresponsive while it is enabling AA, it just takes less time with my newer card than it did with my older one.

Well, that is why, right before that bit you quoted, I stated 'if you have an old card', since you don't have an old card, all I can offer would be a few WAGs.

The game works perfectly fine for me with the DX12 version, so all I can guess at would be things like old drivers, some driver settings you customized for another game, or something corrupt in your user profile (assuming you are on Windows).

Good luck to ya, if you try poking at the DX12 version again.

While I love the animations in the game, the normal Frank! and Chloe one takes me out of it. Her legs become detached from the rest of her body and you can see "through" her. And it's super distracting lol

If you try clicking on the scenes that are still locked, it should give you a hint as to what characters are involved in the scene.
I.e. Player, Kobold, Kobold would be the hint for the kobold spit roast scene.

If luck is not made more important than it was in previous build now I don't see much point is Sedusa's blessings either. Remind me, why she even needs mana to masturbate in the first place? /s With hunger it made sense, with "mana" it doesn't.

Hoarding and selling items is a lot more important now. Focus on saving EVERYTHING. Sell it at the trader, fuck him beforehand if ya can. Then you can buy mana from the vending machine. Ring of mana can also found and used.

Increases cum limit. The other statue increases the area and effect of the Call of Cun'thulu spell. But I do think mana should recover over time.

Okay, since you keep your items from previous run to a new run I can see how it creates overpowered build now.

- Find Ring of Regeneration, gather items during the run
- Keep 1 vial for both Health and Strength Potions
- Get to the end and start new game plus
- Try to find Cursed Cum ring (always identify items first!), don't equip until you find a de-curse scroll or holy water object on map
- Cursed Cum Ring (-2) should take away from cum meter instead, if curse is lifted you can use it in a strategic way

But seriously, once you finish the run with good stats now it's actually more OP than previous version with broken cum meter/Sedusa blessing.
I'd say some stats should reset at least. Item transfer should apply for equipped items only. Just some thoughts for future balancing.

Ah yeah I completely forgot about the statue. Only bad thing is, the cost gets quite high after 300 cum.

Press F1 in-game and you'll find that PgUp and PgDn allow you to shoot to stairs. You'll pick up small increments of money along the way, but diving between the safe floors actually can turn a profit rather quickly, especially as you enhance your gear. Beats the hell out of 'targeted' farming.

Yeah. If you play the very first loop as a game and less of a sex show, you can end up with some very good equipment and since it carries over into the next loop, you just out pace all of the mobs in the game, even the corrupt spawns.

So for the first run aim at Strength 20. With healing items you can beat all stages without recruiting monsters (solo).

Sorry, I didn't mean to imply that you method was wrong and that people should use 'my method'.

I was just mentioning the method I hit upon that seemed to work well, as an alternative to the regen ring. Mostly due to the fact that RNG has absolutely hated me and has not spawned 1 single ring of regeneration for me in 5 loops so far. I can probably steal one from the printer in the debug room, but it kind of feels like cheating to me.

I absolutely agree with pumping up your strength on your very first run, especially at that very first vending machine you encounter after the first level. Even +3 or 4 strength does amazing things for your character on that very first run.
