Tried this again for the first time in awhile. Does anyone know around when the clinic MTF quest changed? It used to be that you could do trials for a single pill one at a time, but now if you do the single pill once, you either abandon or have to convert to the long term trial, and then do another long term one after that.

IIRC it's always like this. You need to commit (do the full experiment) if you wish to continue the MTF path.
Not sure why you would do it if you ain't planning to change to female.

what is up with their website. its completely broken right now. cant download using the free link (leads to 404) cant go to their subscribestar (even though the website says it has one) online version is 9.52. (their patreon page shows 9.51 as latest). and their "partner" fetish games website is one of the first websites that i have ever seen that is IP blocked. whut?

Everything in this game is optional. It's a sandbox without narratives. Just pick contents you are interested in.
Tho there's no hand-holding / content-warning. You need to pay attention to what you chose to do.
Note that if you don't use the Crack / Paid version, you need to do the M2F storyline to play as female.

Oh yeah, I recommend reading the walkthrough, this game has pits and falls that if you're not careful you can end up strating quests that you might not want. I accidentally triggered the dream thingy and was confused on how to get rid of it until I read the guide.
There was a version once (I think even the walkthrough refers to this still) where you didn't get a bad end for having sex with the doctor and could even keep having sex with him after. I'm pretty sure you could also keep coming back for the pills even after you stop getting paid, and he would just ask you for a sexual favor for the pill. I tried downloading some previous versions to find one that has it, but all the ones I could find that were old enough crash when trying to launch them.

The doc will only fuck you once you transformed into a woman. But you get the choice to revert back to be man at the end of that storyline.

There are many other opportunities.Not getting the Bad End? Just don't Teasing him and then denying him.
Having Gay Sex with him? I can't remember if it's true, but after you revert back to man using surgeries you can still hv sex with him (but will get transformed again).
Yeah the transformation is kinda annoying at times, even when using cheats to easily revert back.
Had an odd issue. Had versions that were working, but they no longer are, telling me that I need the 2017 c++ microsoft visual studio redistributable... Except I have that. I even uninstalled the 2017 version I have, and installed the version that it specifically linked to, and it still isn't working. So... no idea what is up with that.
I can still play the online version, but I prefer to just have it on my computer.
Anyone have any idea what is up with that, or how to fix it?
