Hey everyone! Yukana here with some exciting WIP updates! (｀・ω・´)✨
I've got some fresh renders to share - just pure Daz3D without any Lightroom post-processing yet! Don't they look amazing? I'm really proud of how far my 3D work has come!
For those who experienced issues with v0.24, I've been squashing bugs:

• Isabella old-looking skin on v0.24 release
• Fixed graphical issues on main menu buttons
• Fixed a critical reset-LI stats bug. It is important to use a save from v0.23 so you don't lose your stats
• Fixed a bug where Elizabeth didn't get "known" status
I'm also working on some bigger programming milestones (though I can't promise they'll ALL make it into this update):
  • Replay Gallery by Episode: Coding + GUI structure
  • Photo Gallery by Character: Coding + GUI structure
  • GUI Characters Data Screen: Change age, Add Sex stats
  • ETC Gallery with descriptions (old stuff, discord, etc)
  • Savegame by tab: A way to group savegames by tabs (for example, one tab for harem playthrough, another for Isabella-only, etc.)
Technical question for any video wizards out there: Does anyone know how to generate webm files without changing color gamuts from sRGB to YUV? For images, I use avif which naturally uses YUV 4:4:4 or less, but I force it to 8-bit sRGB. If you have any insights, please let me know through Discord or DM!
On a personal note... things are looking up! This month, you all helped me pay off some debts, and I'm genuinely grateful from the bottom of my heart. With continued effort and your amazing support, I know I'll eventually achieve my dream of having a stable home with my precious pets.

Seriously though, she writes to randoms from the internet pretty much personal info that she uses happy pills to sustain her mental health and add here fucked-up bipolar characters in the game that she wrote by herself. There is no need to be Sherlock to see that she lives through some serious issues, especially when she basically screams about it herself:WeSmart:

I'm not trying to be rude or trolling her, just wrote my observations about obvious things.

It was discussed countless times with shittones of examples and arguments how and why her using AI is a lame, dick move. And pal, stop using the word "misogynistic" if you don't even know what it means :KEK:

"Discussing" is not the same as having a winning argument and being efficient is not a dickmove. I know what misogynistic means and it applies here. How can you doubt my vocabulary and misspell shittons?

What's the problem with the base skin?

The lips may not look very good, but if you change their appearance or skin, their shape changes!

The dev in the preview also used lip morphs and it turned out that she looks like she has had plastic surgery or botox!
In this case it is easier to use geoshell. elizabethHPtest1-3.png

It's only through playing this 'remake' that I remembered how tedious this game is. Is it just me or do devs run out of ideas as to how to finish or even continue their games, so they present a 'remake' instead?

I think that would completely depend on the individual dev.

Some projects at this point could be 7 or 8 years old and still in development (with 3 seasons, in some cases, for instance). By 2025, assets / models from 2018 could look pretty dated, depending. So sometimes I do think a remastering makes sense.

Or, maybe the game went along for awhile until the dev could've noticed some underlying problem they didn't realize before. They might remake the game in an attempt to fix that problem that they believe will prevent the game from going where they want it to.

I do think that things like either above scenario are fairly rare (especially the second one), but they have occurred for some games. I honestly think a lot of times the remakes are because the dev gets dissatisfied with some larger aspects of their games (e.g., affection for LIs is happening too quickly or too slowly). I'm sure a percentage of them are also because of what you suggested in your comment. I know for a fact many writers (developers) make their story as they go, with no ending in mind. Those almost always end in a rushed or otherwise unsatisfactory conclusion.

I'm not a fan of remakes at all unless the game's been completed, but I think the reasons behind them vary from developer to developer.

if i knew how to help, i would. unfortunately though, there isn't much reason i would even try to fix the problem with the game's lack of content in the current state it is just not worth the time or effort maybe come back when the game updates and start a new save.
EDIT: my apologies. for clarification there is nothing worth the time in MY opinion as i'm mainly interested in the daughter as a LI.
