That's a bot that takes over a game thread when it's posted by someone other than a moderator. Sometimes you can see who originally posted the thread by browsing to their profile if it's open, but you can't tell who the OP is otherwise once it's taken over by 7767 I think...
Yeah, I've noticed that while checking on some other games I try to keep updated, really annoying that we have to do the leg work to realize something is made by a clown that is only going to waste our time
