Do you mean the "Something Lewd" menu? You'll need to be far enough in her plot first, which opens up the first option. Once that's available you just need to keep bringing her to the cafe and use the Something Lewd menu to grind her exhibitionism score up. Pretty much every time you go there you should unlock a new option.
i honestly have no ideaI think you have more options at the Level 6 lust events based upon either the number of stars next to her Lust level or, maybe, the level of the Trait (green, blue, gold, etc.), but I don't think maxing out the trait itself does much more than that. I think it could be funny if you were able to have all three girls at max Lust at the same time. Just imagine getting attacked by all three of them at once.
I hate how useless the player character is. Like I understand not being able to do shit in a cage, but come on this fucker cant even cook basic food. If the Player character doesn't fuck her day up with "divine fury" somehow im going to flip. the MC needs to sack up and protect his family better.

I haven't run into this, myself, but another person posted a similar problem with Ashley's lust. After a test with one of my saves, it seems that their problem may have been due to using a save from a previous version since my save is from a new playthrough with this version. My save was also from early enough in the game that I hadn't unlocked much of the content yet.

What did you expect him to do? Attack a queen surrounded by guards? Who by all senses is using magic? Let's assume MC did figure it all out and got alone with the queen. Could he fuck her up then? No, not at all. The Queen's secret is still faster than humans, she would get backup no matter where she is. I get it, you figured what it was before the game told you. Congratulations on reading a story. But the characters in game do not see the world in the same way you (the player) does. Not to mention, even now that you know the secret, she can still kill all of you. It doesn't matter that you know story wise, they can still inject you with drugs in the night if they really tried to. So yeah, I'd probably still be scared.
