I think he is referring to the scene in the room which is repeatable which was his first banging of her, shes changed a lot since then and it does kinda make zero sense given you can do it freely in the shower and she actually gets turned on by you blasting your nuts into her infront of everyone at the beach and so forth. Definitely needs updated to be a more reflective scene of where she is at now vs where she was at the time given its repeatable and defying her actually hurts your affection (think its the only repeatable scene which can negatively effect your stats with any of the main girls).

Within the confines of the game, I doubt Mr. Trenero would be all too pleased if he just struts home one day and sees his successor's fluid-covered funbags with her tongue sticking out plastered right there on his laptop background. Either way, admittedly I haven't read every single word Runey said so far prior to me finding out about the game a few months back, but I don't think blind realism is something he's going for (when it comes to our reality anyway), or can afford to go for to a certain extent in a game of this type and scope.
