I think it's the same and only cafe in town.
In the initial scene when Autumn take you to the cafe and introduces you to her sister, the sister mentions you and the "raven haired girl".

It is. There are a couple of scenes there with some of the girls when you can see her sister in the background. Autumn's sister is also the one who serves you when you take Kali on a date for "not" coffee the first time.

That is a good question, been wondering what is going on there, clearly she is still hiding a lot of details, likely related to her banishment and the rebellion or whatever her friend was involved with. The question is, how much of she she told us is true, how much of it was a lie the queen told her, and how much was a lie she told us.

I started a new game to check and she says her dad owns the cafe, no mention of him owning the pizza place when she gets the job there.
Also Runey saw a few issues with the early game. When Lin spills coffee on you she flashes you her panties even if you've told her not to wear any. Also a bad line when Lin catches Kali in the maid dress, 'Hey are you trying to copy me?' should be Lin's line.
And I like the new scene where Kali stole his trunks, trying to embarrass him and she was the one embarrassed again.

Autumn's family owns the cafe she pretty says that her family built it with their own hands. Considering how wealthy her dad is Kali only thought he owned it but wasn't sure.
Doubtful Autumn's family owes Kali's dad anything. Remember the scene with Maria and Autumn in Autumn's room Maria mentioned on how expensive everything was and even said that Autumn comes from a very wealthy family. Autumn never denied it either on the contrary she mentioned to the MC that her mother was a Saint and her father an ex-Bishop and is very high up in the church and her family owns a lot property.
If anything Autumn's family is very wealthy and powerful. Considering her family is pursuing on a campaign to free the elves and doing so without fear and seemly without harassment as Autumn never mentioned any problems her family could be even more powerful than Kali's; which I wouldn't doubt since they most likely have the support of a world wide organization and if it's anything like the churches in our world can put an enormous amount of pressure on any government especially since Sly'anar's people are heavily involved with the church (they just have a poor view of elves).
Autumn is that rich girl that wants to make her own way in the world.
Kali is the rich girl that's being forced to make her own way.
Emma and Felicity are the snobby upper middle class girls that think their more than what they are.

I wonder when were gonna get more side content around the twins? Like being able to get them to dress in their other outfits around the hotel and Felicity actually gets more content for the exhibition training on the beach (only 2 scenes so far, none even involve any sexual activity). Still I assume from the teased dialogue at the cabin Emma will at least get taken to the dungeon next update though even that isn't set in stone for the next one.

We do know that both fathers work with Cornwall, trying to help the elves in their own ways (for their own reasons). Of course it is hard to say how much of Autumn was planned out when we first took Kali there, it could easily have been a change of plans too.

She was pretty damn sure, it wasn't just that one line she went on to talk about how she could get a job there but wouldn't get special treatment.
It definitely seems a long time coming. Might be a bit difficult because they always appear together, so how far he's got with them each individually doesn't matter so much as how the both of them are getting on together.
There also that line where she says he buys so many business that she can't remember them all. That's not being pretty sure that's just speculation.
If using a Protestant type Hierarchy he would be the number 2 or number 3 man either one or two steps away from being the leader of the church and he was pretty high up there so I'm guessing it's Protestant type being used. I don't think a Catholic type Hierarchy is being used as that would put him in the low middle rank which would make him too low from what I gathered from how Autumn described how high he was.
There's that one line by Kali that her father buys so many business that she can't remember them all shows genuine doubt.
