Congratulations on reading a story. But the characters in game do not see the world in the same way you (the player) does. Not to mention, even now that you know the secret, she can still kill all of you. It doesn't matter that you know story wise, they can still inject you with drugs in the night if they really tried to. So yeah, I'd probably still be scared.
