You bring up some very good points. TBH, I'm one of those people who thinks that immortality can kinda suck for the reasons you mentioned, so I'm wondering if there couldn't also be an option for Lin to choose to give up her elven life and become more human. One reason for doing this is because she knows how much the MC cares for the other girls, so him becoming "immortal" like her would mean that he'd have to go through the loss of those girls at least as much as if she had to face losing him to old age.
What I meant was if he could become say 'immortal' then perhaps in like in then he could go through that process with the other girls as well that way they all stay together. It could be like that ritual like I explained where they bind their lives together.

It is not fully automatic, and doubt that can be achieved.
Used my own bash script now, so no need anymore. If the script is stable most likely I will share it. In the meantime you all are my beta testers:devilish::ROFLMAO:
Try LZMA2 with 1-2 threads only, or LZMA. Both should take longer but provide better compression.
The reason zip is mostly the preferred compression format is due to compatibility, especially with UNIX and file permissions.
LZMA(2) is also used under linux.
I see it so, I need a PC upgrade. My current one is over 8 years old and it is time to have more CPU power and more RAM. Sure I will "complain" again, even with the new PC, but that is who I am.:ROFLMAO:

In the past 7-zip has produced issues regarding file permissions after extraction. Haven't paid attention to changelog for the last few releases, it might have been fixed.
Just be aware that past a certain point, a larger dictionary size doesn't necessarily give the best result ;) Due to how LZMA2 multi-threading works you'll most likely see the best result by reducing thread-count to 1-2, though it'll take a lot longer to finish.

I've always wanted to read the books but its hard for me.
Always the movies then, either the original animated ones, or the recent live action ones.

Could work, it would be nice if they could all do it together though.

Would make the elf revolution a bit easier
By making a handful of humans live longer? I don't follow. I mean, assuming those humans gained a lot of power, and that seems really likely, since they will get Kali's family's money, which will certainly make the revolution easier, but that would pretty much work either way.

On another note, the long lives of the elven slaves, certainly changes the way one might think about inheriting slaves, and them being considered 'possessions'.

Wicked rouge is a brothel management game, calling it a harem is extremely misleading
OP didn't ask for harem type games, and I never claimed it was. Wicked Rouge a game with an interesting story where you, among other things, train your girls. I see some similarities here.

Also, I did not want to make a science out of this topic...

Edit: The Headmaster is worth a try as well. And even Lab Rats (1 and 2) may count as Harem type games, even though they have strong simulation elements.

Well "if" the MC decided to fight the issue in any way. Him and hotel the being immortal would make the whole endeavor alot less risky depending on if he chooses the violent approach. wouldn't have to worry about the ones you care about getting hurt...

before you say it though, no i don't think a straight up rebellion would be a good idea. It could potentially make the issue worse if not careful. I'm just saying "what if"...and i imagine being immortal would have the MC seen as a god if found out assuming this is total immortality we are talking about and not just a longer life.

Did someone say immortality?

I already thought about it... What if the MC found an item that would grant immortality to anyone who "used" it? It would be even better if the MC, when hit by something, awoke some skill?

This ability could be called ZA WAIFU.

Dude now I was excited, I'm already imagining whispering in Ellen's ear: WRYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY

Maybe, but even if they do this life bonding thing, it would not make him immortal, it would just slow his aging to match an elf (Lin in this case, most likely), who is also not immortal, they can die. I can't see any way to make him actually immortal in what has been said so far. The magic that is available in the game so far has been really low magic, minor things, nothing even like a fireball, never mind immortality.

I still am of the mind to push for the political revolution, get Cornwall on your side, get Kali's dad's money on your side, he could do a lot as a mortal.

yeah i'm the one that mentioned harem games because the request wasn't clear and i think those games would appeal to someone who liked HH.
Parental Love and Sisterly Lust are a couple more that are like straight up harem games where the MC takes a bunch of women as his "wives" as opposed to just having sex with a bunch of women. Though the tone of those games is pretty different than HH

The one problem I have with being immortal comes down to one simple thought, and that is that "there can be only one." Now, I don't know about the rest of you, but I'd much rather the girls give me head instead of trying to take it. :sneaky:

What does Cornwall want, really? We haven't seen a whole lot of him to figure out what his motivations are, and without knowing what his end goal is, it might be unwise to give him any kind of information. We still don't know how he's going to react when he finds out we basically "stole" Sylvia from him and the other 2 from his associates.

Although I like the idea of fighting over it. Politics is probably the best way to go. Which could also be improved by slow aging because you will be around longer to fix shit.

First impressions are hard to erase and I get the idea that he's in it for himself. He's not necessarily bad, just indifferent.

You may be able to get political backing from Cornwall, but only up to a point. My impression of him is that he's a businessman first and will only support you as long as what you're trying to achieve doesn't cut too much into his business.
