Just keep having vaginal sex, it'll unlock eventually. Can't remember the exact number of times you have to do it though.
I would like to get MC's little sister in as the third maid. Might be neat.
I was also toying around with the idea of two characters joining in as a Mother/Daughter combo.

Try leveling up the other girls. Iirc you need to level up Lin enough in order to progress with Kali. You should also try to unlock any of Kali's traits that you haven't unlocked already, because some events are tied to them.
got Lin to pretty much max on everything, the only thing I can do with Kali is get her affection up which is at 27 at the minute. I'll try leveling some of the other girls though.

What version of the game were you playing when you did Kali's last event? If you did it before v0.5.3 then it's probably bugged and I can fix it for you if you upload your save.
