Is Eris the one you meet in the new city stuff? Was looking for work? She's currently the only real plausible character(that I remember) out of the existing masses that would make sense, as she fits the trope of virtually every other girl at the hotel in "needing" a place to stay. She's down on her luck, looking for work and finding a cheaper place to stay while doing so would be an easy/similar setup compared to most of the existing cast. We can "fix" her, like... basically everyone else.

It's been a while since I played. I don't remember her name, nor a Wheelie.

On the flip side: she's also got a kinda unique appearance compared to the rest of the cast with the darker/goth approach. I still think we got to many pasty pale chicks staying at the hotel, so having some one closer to Maria would mix things up, but at least she's not a carbon copy of Ashley/Felicia/Lin

Yeah, I figure Hazel will remain Autumn's side girl, and Ren will end up in Sanctuary, if not Ash's room.

If the room doesn't go to Eris or Wheelie, I am not sure, it will probably be someone we haven't met.
Or perhaps one of the Bun-Bun girls? IDK. All we know is that if she is someone we have met, it was a recent addition to the game. She was not in the game when Runey talk about her at the time, but could have been added sense (or not).

So it is hard to say. If so, she would start off as one of the most well adjusted people in the hotel. The worst thing we have gotten from her was that line about not wanting to do 'elf work' when we offered her a job.

Wheelie was a character proposed a long time ago, who was about 1/4 drow, and so was stuck in a wheel chair most of the time. She has never been in the game, but Runey did make a model for her, it was partly a thought experiment about how hard a life the human/drow children and grandchildren have. There is a reason that breeding with a drow is illegal.

I would LOVE to see Wheelie get some much needed love and attention, she reminds me of a girl I knew in middle school always alone and no one wanted to spend time with her because she too was in a wheelchair.

No, Drow are completely different from dark elves in this one. Ann is a Dark elf. The one on the right is a drow.
Drow are to the other elves, as the Neanderthals are to Homo sapiens. They are an older species of elf, that split off before the others.

But when A11-Y started studying friendship science at Runey's University Of Pseudoscience, A11-Y was experimenting with friendship-based engine, but sadly, A11-Y was unable to figure out how to obtain enough friendship to make the engine power something, so A11-Y gave up. But there were rumors that A11-Y gave up on inventing new engine, because Big Oil companies kept threathening A11-Y and they stole and destroyed all of A11-Y's research documents. But those rumors are just rumors, there is no proof to these rumors, and A11-Y never said anything about these rumors, A11-Y only said that there is no way to create enough friendship to power the engine. And I am pretty sure that the failture of A11-Y's research isn't in any way related to the fact that among his many businesses, theDevian owns compaies that own companies that own oil companies. And he also owns companies that owns companies that invested into oil companies on stock market.
