Of the 3 recommended Mythic Manor is the most engaging of the 3 story wise
It is out there, but as aolli said, it is an early beta. It is recommended not to play those or you could lose your saves to a severe bug and, unless the bug in this particular build got fixed for the whole friendship issue, you WILL lose it.

While the sheer number would make it unrealistic to put all of them together, some of the canonical story pairings should be represented. In addition to the ones already mentioned I'd say that Lin/Android and Lin/Jin should also be included and probably one with Maria and another woman, most likely Ashley.

If you find this game amaizing because of the story, like myself, and if you are open to something else, you might give Summertime Saga a try. I came from there. I find both games equally outstanding.

FINAL ?? last I heard there was a plan for a third floor of main girls..
I don't know Runey personally so I can't attest to his actual plans, but if I was in that position, I'd make the last girl on the second floor, take a long hard look at my life, and decide whether or not I felt like spending the next 2-3 years of my life making content for 4+ more girls in the same game I'd been making since... idk, whenever.
Personally, I'd probably take a few months off, do coke off an 18 year old Bangkok prostitute's tits, then come back and make the third floor. That's just me though.
*edit* Though at some point, it just occured to me, I'm gonna start to complain about the structural integrity of that hotel. Because look, you can't just keep adding floors onto an existing structure without somehow reinforcing the foundation and load-bearing walls of that structure. Who the hell is doing the safety inspections for this shit? I want an in-game scene where the MC has to call in a structural engineer and a licensed contractor to come in and evaluate the load-bearing capacity of that hotel. Runey, DM me.

the best ones i can think of are Dark Magic and Mythic Manor. they use similar models and have a lot of good content and interesting events. there are some other games that use similar models as well, but their models have weird polishing/lighting so the faces look weird. other games also use similar models, but the content isnt that great

If I remember correctly, Runey said the additional floors are already there, they just need to be fixed up to be made livable. I think we see an external shot of the hotel that shows it as already having multiple floors in the intro, too, but it's been quite some time since I've played the intro.

I will definitely not complain about having more girls in the hotel, however it is going to get increasingly harder and harder to give all of them their screen time and proper character development. I would personally add just the drow elf that's missing from the elf group and be done with the amount of new girls. Then i'd focus on just fleshing out each of the ones we already have and giving them enough screen time.

The hotel is shown every time you go to sleep. It already has an unspecified amount of floors, it's true that MC is just paying to fix them up / furnish them.
