The solution to "it's too easy to shit out a game" is "don't play the game", not "go bitching to Illusion". What a dick. It's too easy to shit out a game using Daz, too. Are they going to go running to Daz 3D because many of the assets used are pirated?

It sounds like you're using a very old save of Harem Hotel. The music should all be equalized and there is indeed an explanation of the stats in the beginning of the game.

The girls are already at a point where they don't need to spend more time outside of their room with their story events locked until they go back inside. Or do you mean more events with the girls hanging out together? There's plenty of that in v0.8 ;)

I think the amount of time in between postings in particular is interesting, as well as choice of titles - this seems like deliberate padding or worse.
Some of these are definitely not "best games" - even if just talking about their setting alone. I definitely remember the horrible Uncanny Valley looks in the Harem Island and it's predecessor Harem Villa especially... yikes. I'll refrain from furthering my opinion on that list thou.

Anyway, to change from stupid shit here's a declaration of love. Last time I played HH was version 0.3, after which I really started to feel like waiting for completion one update at a time and seeing "preview" would kill my interest so I walked away for a little while.

Version 0.7 later this is still my favourite game on this site. I love all of the characters, I love the pace, I love the dialogues. And Lin is now officially my numebr one girl. In any game. If she was any sweeter I'd have diabetes by now. Absolutely love Moon as well, she's got potential for my number 2 spot. Interestingly, Maria went from my least favourite character to one my bests.

The content's awesome. I like the world building happening. This is really a "wish fulfilment" game, I realize, and some might thinkg that makes me pathetic. I'm just grateful this game exists. (and that doesn't happen often).

Hi Runey!

Yea that's what I meant by the conversation menu! It's good to hear it won't be expanding even more.

The lobby could be a place where the girls could hang out and interact with each other. Just small mini interactions not full blown events (although it shouldn't be a big priority!). As of right now, it feels like the girls don't really talk to each other outside the big events.

Thank you so much for your work on Harem Hotel! I'm really enjoying it!

This week I've been working more on remaking the lobby and the outfit system

You'll be able to choose what they wear from some of the outfits they have.


They'll wear whatever you choose in the lobby and in their room. The inclusion of this feature meant I had to remake the lobby, but now it looks better. Win win.


And since there's new outfits in the lobby, that means new animations too! \o/

Nah, I don't actually think that's a bot. My best guess is that they're using their own messages as placeholders instead of using the thread watching tools. If English isn't their first language, that would explain why they would prefer to use a copy/pasted message rather than type a new one out every time, and why they might not understand the watched thread system.
