Unfortunately, stating her age is 18+ isn't enough for some people, including the people who are involved with the more recent wave of intolerance against younger characters, mainly cancel culture, but most sites are not willing to oppose them. I've been watching an increasing amount of complaints lately about characters who only look younger and are canonically 18+, these people don't care and are seemingly of the belief that anyone that looks the part is what they look like as if women who look young and are of age don't exist.
And yes, they do target fiction as well. A character like Autumn would be safe, a character with shorter height and smaller assets would not be, no matter their actual age. It is all about appearance with them. Actually, on that note, I'm surprised they don't go after Lin. The game isn't as high profile as a AAA title, but it isn't completely unknown either.
These are truly sad times. Actually, I used Lin before, but Peni would be another example of one they don't tolerate. Actually, considering what they think of darker skin, I would think Ann would be more of an issue there. They seemingly can't tell the difference between natural skin color and a tan, so she would be a prime target there and her being a slave would be insanely bad in their eyes.
I've been developing a large project myself in secret, though I think I am at least comfortable with having it known about now, and one of my girls is deep tanned from long hours in the pool. I have taken the preemptive step of specifically stating her skin is tanned, with a fairly long winded message in my developer notes about the issue, AND made an alternate showing what she would look like with no tan specifically because of these people. Another thing my game will have is slavery, with this character being one of the potential slaves, it will be totally dynamic in the sense that there are no set slave characters, it depends on the player's choices. They would automatically draw parallels to certain events of the past involving certain races and slavery.
They don't care about what number her age is, they don't care if she has a tan. If she looks like an under 18, she is to them even if she's 30 and has fourteen children. If she looks like she is anything that even remotely resembles black, she is black to them, just an example race and the usual suspect as far as issues of that kind. I've seen it all over the cesspool of a social media site called Twitter and I have seen it spreading.
To be fair, even if phones hadn't gained internet access, that might have only slowed progress of this issue. The sites where this kind of thing thrives are accessible both on computer, which has had internet since 1983, and on mobile devices, which have had some form of internet access since 1996. I see your point, but I think mobile internet has only sped up the issue, not caused it.
Exactly, god forbid Twitter, and specifically the vocal minority we've been talking about, ever finds out about this game. That would be a serious nightmare situation.
She would be a pretty good addition, not gonna lie. I would love to see her in the game, but that is assuming any rumor that was started, no matter how old, had any truth to it or gained some at some point after.
And a meme to bring us back full circle. I know, what is with these developers making games that can legitimately be better than some major AAA titles at times, it's crazy.

Yes, Runey, I mean you among others and I am serious on the "legitimately better" part, some of these indie adult games are better than some AAA titles at times or even in general with your game and at least six others fitting the latter.
