I agree it has its shortcomings and it tends to make everything look the same.
But that happens IRL too … see California.
My thoughts are that it will eventually just be another tool for professionals.
But OFC you will always see shortcut takers using the tool to push out subpar offerings or create cheap products (by cutting out people typically)

My one and only comment, no replies needed on the subject of AI.
It's just for general knowledge.
It demonstrates that AI is very very far away from being reliable.
In this case, ChatGPT just flat out made stuff up that sounded good, but was bogus as hell.

I have a question about the shower events. I remember playing a few versions ago there were shower scenes, including scenes when their stats weren't high enough where they would ask you to go away. In this version (17.2) I'm not seeing them in the showers at all so far. No scene telling me to go away or anything. I can check the camera on the computer and see that they are in there and check their room which confirms that they are in there, but when I check the showers there is nothing there. Is this normal?
edit: This is a fresh install, starting a new playthrough. Lains mod IS installed to the current version, if that matters.

i have checked every morning. confirming both on the computer and their room both before and after checking the shower room.

ok so I just reopened the game to reconfirm the issue I was having, and it seems that it solved itself somehow. No idea why it wouldn't trigger when I was playing last night but now it will. I guess it must have been an issue that just needed a closing of the game and restarting to fix the issue. I guess the basic advice of "Have you tried closing and restarting the game?" can make all the difference. Apologies for the inconvenience.

Just tested several of my old saves and they're all working just fine... Try creating a new game and just skip to the next Tuesday, see if you can catch Lin taking a shower. If it doesn't work, then I see no probable cause other than Lain's mod.
EDIT: wait nevermind, just read your last post. Crazy stuff, man...

I think that there was a file size issue with Mega.
The game is now over 10gb's.
