Hopefully Runey is aware of the new Patreon rules around consent. The slavery plot in Harem Hotel could put it in jeopardy if anyone reported it. Also the dungeon content could be risky.
To be fair, the "new laws" that they go into near the start of the game, show that sex with the elves must be consensual. Even at the contest, they were given the option to back out.

While true (for now). Patreon is doing the silly thing of slowly altering/enforcing changes ToS, limiting creators (rightfully and wrongfully) or forcing them to change things, which, ok, deals with questionable content, but some of the enforcement is pretty extreme (see Corrupted Kingdoms, their main objection is child characters, of which non are sexualised in any way, shape, or form... just them being there is enough).
The fact Harem Hotel has a slavery system in it's lore/story is probably enough to put it in the crosshairs, as such things are "Politically Incorrect", and may hurt someone's poor feelings that a collection of fictional characters are slaves.

There is consentual dungeon and slavery role play in real life.
A rule against non consensual role play would have no effect on such games, especially since the characters in the game are very obviously consenting to it.
For instance, in the love route, if you try to free Lin she will become mad at you, and feel like you do not love her.
The elven slaves in the Hotel, are not treated as slaves even.
There is no rape, or non consentual sex at all in Harem Hotel.
