Could you elaborate a bit? In the official ES translation, twins is gemelas and clones is... well, clones. It also takes into account whether you used the truestory code or not, so you'll only be seeing one or the other.

In the context of this game and those two npcs, not the real world, there isn't any. Not sure if it is accurate or not, but I was under the impression he used the word clones just to avoid issues with Patreon, hence the code that changes the word to twins.

I averaged just over 3000 a year... Would have been a lot more, but we did not have a counter, or the ability to pat everyone for most of my time playing the game.
At one headpat for each girl, each shift, that is 24 headpats a day, times 365 days, that is 8760 headpats a year. Hardly unreasonable, that is only 3 headpats a day per girl.
