If you played the beta, and are using a save made in it, you will have to go back to an older save from before that.

i tried finding out via the wiki, but no dice. not updated for v18 yet.. what are the the extra garden upgrades, and how far into the game do you have to be to access them? Sorry, found out. you have to actively go into the garden first by clicking on the "gate" first, to get the option to "develop land". would be easier if ellen or someone tells you that you have to do that. wasn't easy to find the gate either. kinda hidden until you hover the mouse cursor over it

Don't know how far you have to be to get them but first you need to click on the gate in the garden then talk to Ellen about fixing the garden. You can buy several upgrades to the garden. You can get tools and seeds by exploring Caliber city and choosing to go to the park. Once you have the garden fully upgraded you can get Jin to work in the garden. This is how you further improve your relationship with her.

Hi all, my compressed unofficial Android port of Harem Hotel v0.17.2 + v0.18 Beta3
With Maid Lain walkthrough, cheats, additional events and gallery mod.
(I'll re upload if/when Lain does an update)

Usual gestures, save name/delete, seethru textbox, resizeable game and dialogue text.
Scrollable textbox - no more text off the bottom of your screen
Note: Quick Menu is not always active, swipe up on the screen to access the game menu if you need to.

Special Instructions:

Install apk.
Alternative persistent saves/log location
Grant storage permissions on first run!
On first run you will get a prompt to copy the archive.rpa file to "documents/Wills747/harem.hotel/game" folder.
(game will quit now)
Copy the rpa file to the directory indicated in game.
Restart the game.
Keep in mind if your default install location is an actual SD card and slow speed this may slow the launch.

Keep archive.rpa, I'll likely use it for future updates to keep the apk size small.

alright! i am not using any mods. started the game from scratch. got this error when trying to inspect the fields in the garden (haven't bought any seeds yet though) Forgot i was using the universal choice mod. didn't think it could interfere. inspecting worked as intended when temprarely removing the mod folder(it is a single folder, easily removed and re-added) Sorry for my mistake. fi memory is excruciatingly terrible

Hi guys, can someone help me?

I just upgraded my farm so far that I got the scene where we convince Jin to work there. Then I tried upgrading it again, and now it stays as "upgrading" forever and I can't go on in the story or check my farm. It's has been several weeks in-game.

I find it hysterical that anyone would need a walk through mod for Harem Hotel, and fact I find it crazy that a mode even exists.

There is literally no need for a mod. Harem Hotel is straight forward and easy to play.

And look at all the problems it causes. Pages and pages of people dealing with mod issues.

The mod was way more than a walkthrough mod. It added custom scenes, a complete gallery (Runey was vastly behind a few updates ago) and provided cheats for people that wanted instant $ instead of grinding it.

I did all of my grinding to get all the girls stats up last update, the beta one. From what I'm reading it says to load a save before the beta update. I would basically need to restart the game if I had to load from before that update lol. Is there a way around this or do I just need to start over if I want to use my own save data?

Someone posted save files a few pages back that will get you closer to where you want to be.

If you don't know how to add saves, then continue reading after that post and you will find explanations from 2 different people.

Everyone who plays the beta has this bug, I have it myself, when I went to review the game's translation, I fast-forwarded a few days, when I realized this bug had disappeared, now the only bug in the game is the delivery of items at the gardener's stall.

When I enter the garden a bug occurs and the screen freezes. I tried to load an old save but the bug also occurs.


EDIT: Ok I tried the oldest save I had and it worked the problem is that I would go back almost to the beginning of the game.

do we ever get the "big dark elf" from the competition (or any "big dark elf") to join that side-hotel?

i remember when the side-hotel was first introduced, she was NOT in it, and it looks like Runey has added 2 more elves to the side-hotel since i've been gone, but neither of their silhouettes look like a "big dark elf"

i don't need story spoilers, just wondering after about 4 years if we got a "big dark elf" to join the side-hotel

while everyone is entitled to their opinion, someone worked VERY HARD on that mod, and they didn't need to, and it is FREE
it may have had issues when i last played (and obv has some now), but it was quite helpful, as someone who has been playing off-and-on since V2, there was NO HELP on this game AT ALL until the Mod showed up
Runey has a mini-help guide that i've seen added to the game, which is nice tho

If you mean the brown elf(dark elf) with the giant tits, yes. If you mean the drow with the more proportional figure, no.

I didn't realize Runey classified the first as a dark elf, but apparently does.

I got one entry missing in the gallery, for others anyone know how to get it? ( I picked the slave rout for the elves if that helps)
