Same scenario, same uniform, same petite woman, same cute face, unrealistic representation of huge anime tiddies = perfectly ordinary and acceptable in any situation.
Because remember kids, women who have not developed during puberty or are otherwise just genetically petite, are not real women and should not be sexualised in anyway unless they carrying a rack of melons. Imagine the uproar you'd get if this sort of thing was used in mainstream/non-anime themed media and entertainment. That shit wouldn't fly at all in this day and age.

I'm glad the change was only to the outfit, which although was a lot of work to remake the scenes, the only change is to the top iirc right? Which further adds to the stupidity of it all. Personally I think I prefer the change, makes her even more adorable, that "must protec" feels intensifies. But it shouldn't have been a forced change.
