Speaking of Elves, can you do anything with the E-team or Jin? One of the pictures on page 1 shows a viewpoint shot of Nia giving fellatio to the MC, but I haven't gotten it yet. Is it available as of the current update or is it going to show in the future? I've been able to see the 3 E-Team elves in the Hot Springs, but have no interaction with them and only get stock answers in the Sanctuary.
Is that available in the current update? I ask because I've completed all the major characters' arcs, but I haven't met Violet yet. Is she the one who's going to move in #8 (2-D)? Violet is only accessible via code and is non-canon (spinningtv). The person who will get Room 8 is undecided as of now, but of the ones listed by you, I would say it sounds like Hana probably has the best chances of making that transition (source: Discord discussion and how far her storyline is planned out in advance). That said, Runey has stated multiple times that he has no time to be adding a new main girl, so the room will likely remain empty until the first floor girls start finishing their stories.
I'm convinced Runey is gonna mess with us and put Kali's dad in there.
Well, I'm having full sexual relationships with Lin, Kali, Ashley, Maria, Karen, Felicity and Emma. That's 7. And I have partial relationships with Lucy, Autumn and Ellen. That makes 10. I suspect Moon, Kate, Juliet, Hana and the 4 elves are being set up for at least partial relationships. That's a total of 18 and that DOESN'T count Sara (the drunk at the bar), Hazel, the girl in the pizza shop or the teacher (last 3 uncertain and probably just NPCs). That's enough at the moment! (Grrrrr- I better be stocking a future Little League Team at least after all this work!)
Frankly, I'd trade several of them for Lucy's or Ellen's parts being larger or Kate and Juliet getting more involved.

I think there was a misunderstanding. Of the ones listed only Lin, Kali, Ashley, Maria, the bot (Karen I presume), Felicity, Emma, and Autumn are considered main girls. Main girls have more storylines and development needs than side girls, and likewise have their own hotel room (It's Lin's room, not Lin and Jin's room). The other key difference is that the main girls are guaranteed at least one event per update, while side girls are more ad-hoc and/or Runey's feeling particularly horny for one. Every other girl falls into one of four categories.
-Side Girl: Ellen, Lucia, Moon, Kate, Jin, Nia, Sylvia, Ann.
-Probable Side Girl: Hana, Hazel.
-Background: Juliet, Sara, Ashley's Teacher.
-TBD: Nidria

My phrasing was probably at fault. Your list is more or less what I was thinking. The only surprises on your list is that I was assuming that Hazel would remain a Background character and Juliet would eventually be a Side Girl (to use your term). My comments were reflecting MY personal tastes. (Although I don't mind them in games occasionally, I am NOT too much into Lolicon and Ashley's possessiveness turns me off anyway. I MUCH prefer Megane (Glasses Girls) and big-busted girls. And smart. They HAVE to be SMART!)
Lucy, Ellen and Juliet are MUCH more my type! Also, I think that Ellen being part of the hotel's past, involved in the business aspect and LIVING there would have MUCH more sexual content than a weekly blowjob and ONE sex scene that seems to be determined by ANOTHER character's Stats! I really appreciate the effort to give EACH of the girls a personality and background and I have a LOT of sympathy for Ashley's situation. It's just that it's obvious that she's being set up as the most (?important; ?detailed) relationship and she's not MY type, either physically or mentally.
Again, this is not meant as any sort of complaint against the game itself or the designer. It's a GREAT game for the type and has become one of my favorites. Thank you for making it available to us.

As to the Elf subplot, I have a hunch that I've met the High Elf Queen incognito and at least one other of the characters (besides Ashley) have Elvish backgrounds.

2. I only made my presumption with Hazel because she's Autumn's sister (and every sister character met so far has ended up being a side girl). I could very well be wrong there as she seems to have the least to work with of the sister characters.
3. With Juliet, I agree, but she's a meme on the Discord and I doubt that's changing anytime soon.
4. As for letting Lucia more in on the threesome, I agree. Although there are threesome acts with the two of them that I would rather have.
After some thought, I think that Ashley being set up as the "PRIMARY" relationship is a much better term.
