You don't - you need 2 seperate savegame lines to experience both...
because "Beta" in a triple A game means something different as a marketing move than a real beta. They're buggy as shit. Mostly unplayable. It's not a bug here or a bug there, it's softlocking every 20 seconds

There are usually three or four beta builds before a release.
