Believe it or not, it is already compressed. It is actually about 100gb's uncompressed.
If compressed more, the graphics tend to suck.

You could redownload the whole thing, or you could install the v0.15 > v0.16 patch, then the v0.16 > v0.17 patch. That should work going all the back to when patches were included.
