Before I start to install the mod, I post my experience with release 018 origin:
First, I "played" till Kali is ready for university and didn't found any error. Which is a good thing.
Can't say if the story has been changed cause in the meantime i skip but it feels, there aren't any gamechangers implemented.

The only thing I would like to suggest to review is the fluency. Expecially the event trigger point seem to have become in disorder.
e.g. Autumn progress was stopped till progress with <Name> and <Name> and <Name> which is related to <Name>.
That's a lot to unravel but could be worth the schedule for the intended timeline

Everyone has different tastes.
Each of the women in the game has people who prefer them over the others, for various reasons.
Likewise, there are people who like story driven games, and people who get pissed off when they find out that a game has an actual story and plot, that are the main reason for the games existance.

Hi all, my compressed unofficial Android ports of Harem Hotel v0.18 Release
Optional with Maid Lain walkthrough, cheats, additional events and gallery mod updated by JGNeon

Usual gestures, save name/delete, seethru textbox, resizeable game and dialogue text.
Scrollable textbox - no more text off the bottom of your screen
Note: Quick Menu is not always active, swipe up on the screen to access the game menu if you need to.

Special Instructions:

Install apk.
Alternative persistent saves/log location
Grant storage permissions on first run!
On first run you will get a prompt to copy the archive.rpa file to "documents/Wills747/harem.hotel/game" folder.
(game will quit now)
Copy the rpa file to the directory indicated in game.
Restart the game.
Keep in mind if your default install location is an actual SD card and slow speed this may slow the launch.

Keep archive.rpa, I'll likely use it for future updates to keep the apk size small.

It's a porn game, so yes, I'm focusing on the sex aspect of the game. I think it's a little ridiculous that every character got a story update, but only one character had a sex scene.

and completely ignore the RL issues he had to go through during that time.

I wasn't aware of issues IRL, I'm just here for the game.

Well, just a heads up then, because there will likely be a whole lot more story updates in the future than there will be sex updates.
Harem Hotel is a story driven visual novel with game elements, and sex is something that happens when the story calls for it.

I know 18.0 got delayed at the end for some planned garden work that had yet to be delivered. That work was postponed to 18.1, but supposedly the assets had been delivered by the time 18.0 went live to the public. Any word on 18.1?

That actually doesn't make any sense.
Updates in Harem Hotel only get the .1, .2 and so on, for bug fixes.
Releases with new content are numbered 17.0, 18.0, 19.0, with bug fix releases getting numbered, 17.1, 17.2, and so on.

Not sure where you got that information from.

Or are you confusing the pre release 1, pre release 2 and so on?
Those are simply test versions of the game, before the official release is released to the public..

It is a mature, story driven game, with sex content. The sex is secondary to the story.

Yes, while working on this update, his father died, and he had to deal with his estate and the lawyers, he moved to the EU, and has been having to deal with immigration and lawyers there too, as well as another coder who was helping with the gardening stuff and trying to work that code into his game. He was not able to get everything he wanted into this update, but figured that people would be happy to at least be able to get most of it.

But yeah, don't expect a ton of new sex stuff for a while, we are in a very story focused part right now

The garden delay was only a week or two.

I am not sure about the patch, but it will likely be mostly bug fixes, while I have given him everything I have made so far for the garden, I don't know if anything else will be added for this update. Might have to wait for 19. But we do have some fun new plants coming later.

Of course, I haven't managed to get that far on my game, still waiting for the garden to get done, but I am pretty sure some of my stuff didn't make it in this time. The way he has it set up, I am pretty sure we can add more later too, so if I get some good ideas (and time), I can make some more plants for later.

Not sure if this is a bug, but I'm on level 19 for the Android, by now ive apparently unlocked boobjobs/cunilingus, but the Let's Have Some Fun option is still greyed out and it says I need to raise her relationship level.

Is this intended behavior?

There is one sex scene with her.

Also, the games scenes are triggered by stats, so you need to raise that stat to gain access to those scenes.
Harem Hotel is one of those rare games where using hacks is a bad idea, because if any stats are skipped or not right, the scene will never trigger.
In other words, stats have to all be right for any event to trigger.
If one is too low, or too high, you won't get the scene.

One of the icons looks like a book, click on it.
That will take you to a wiki page that tells you what a characters stats need to be to trigger events.
