Not much, especially if you're referring to dominating MC. There is a mechanism in the game where LIs will come to MC asking for sex, and if MC turns them down three times, well, they aren't asking any more. But if you're looking for whips and chains being used on MC, this isn't your game.

Yes. Or I think more accurately, it will prevent other girls' stories from progressing at some point.
This is not a game where you can pick and choose who you want to be involved with--you will be involved with everyone (all of the main LIs, at least), or you will stall out in progress in the game. You don't have to do repeatable anything with anyone, but you need to progress their story events, and that will include having sex with them (with the current exception of Autumn).
