Mayhaps, hit the word "save" that should show up at the bottom of your screen once the intro has gotten itself out of the way? If the switch to Ren'Py takes place at some point, don't worry about it.

In other news, does anyone have a particular idea why Kendra seems to be super-excluded from the harem? There's a questline for most of the others (bar Anna, the fairy, the guardian, the grandma, and Berza) but you literally screw Kendra at the party with Momo and, besides her introduction scene, she barely/doesn't show up.
