That's a question only the Dev can answer. But there have been no signs of any other guys getting involved with the love interests. At least on screen. Clearly some of them have had relationships prior to meeting our MC.

I hate to say it but after a while of playing all the sex scenes just end up getting pretty boring.
The dialogue in the sex scenes being the same for every scene and every girl really hurts the enjoyment of the game.
