There are two "hang out"s with her: gaming and bar. It's selected randomly when you click to hang out with her.
I think chance is 50%.
So to get it just keep hanging out with her until you do

It wasn't about all the plants, this phrase was about cinnamon in particular.
We just wanted to add some details at the time to make our game's world differ from the real one.
And do so not only in some obvious major ways like different maps countries and stuff, but in more subtle ways too, like the lack of something common.
