Absolutely nothing is censored in the game, you're good. (I'm actually not even sure why the preview is censored at all; the game has a lot of full-frontal nudity.)

Might be something similar to what happened to Corrupted Kingdoms, Patreon tried to kill them because a little girl was in the game. There was 0 H content with her but apparently a kid existing in a Hgame even if they don't have any content is a problem.

That said I have no idea if steam works the same way or if it is true that they have to remove poppy

That is messed up. Especially when Poppy is actually has a key role here.

Since none uploaded debug version i managed to activate it on the base version. Download the data file and replace it and it will work just fine. This is for 40.1.2 version.

out of topic, have you been able to get to lover status with Kira? can't seem to trigger the confession in chapter 5 for whatever reason.

If you are playing 40.1.2 than there is none. Only in 41 as far as I know.
