To get at casino : buy membership 100 bits at the huge hostel/office at the north of pleasantview. To earn 1 loyalty token go play at roulette and fight (at least the one cuz there is only one). Roulette is easy and you can make so much money if you bet 200 and win 400 each time (=+200 bits).

20 loyalty tokens ==> go to the machine next to the girls speaking of fights and Gercha. Then press spacebar and get the few lines and you can choose between heels and scanner.
