Hey I am planning to create adult game in patreon but sadly in my country pornography is illegal. So I have an idea to create fake patreon identity using vpn and buying a verified paypal account from a country that says porn is legal. So from that purchased PayPal account I will transfer the money to my real paypal account. Would that work? Would my account will be banned? Can I be traced easily?

I am not an expert but I think you are forgetting something important, once money gets into your real bank account from paypal you have to pay taxes for it where you have to give an explanation for the money, if you don't then you are commiting Tax Evasion which is illegal, also your bank might look into why every month you receive money from another account and they might suspect Money Laundering or something which is also illegal.
I would also like to assume that both Patreon and Paypal have clauses for fake info in their TOS, so you can get banned if caught.

Ultimately I would not do what you are thinking

You are stating the law yourself. That means there is no way you could do it legally in your country without the fear of being traced unless the law is being changed or become unenforced. However I think it's kind of stupid and somehow limits the freedom of a person as I too have the same problem so if you still want to do it I would say make a censored patch or maybe tell someone else to upload it. And you know there is a line between porn and adult/erotic content. So read the law carefully and maybe you will find a loophole.

That's hardly a possibility. He would have to work more than what it's worth to do it. And it's not like government has lots of free time in their hands to investigate what an anonymous said about an individual of their country. But in any case there is still a possibility of you getting in trouble no matter what you do.
On a different note as far as I know bank will only know from where you getting the money known as AML-KYC. So if you simply tell that you are getting the money from patreon and if the amount is not a large number then everything should be fine. they only investigate if there is a suspicious transaction and in your case it wouldn't count as suspicious. But yeah I am not an expert too.

People will stay with you if the story is really good. So In this case NSFW not should be the main focus or game should contain lots of lewds.

But if you're main focus was creating a porn game highly focused on lewds as a selling point. So that's not gonna happen.

I think for now the option is divide the game in 2 parts. SFW & NSFW. You solely need to focus on story & game mechanics rather than lewds. So on patreon just make it as SFW game and not an adult creator. Never ever tell anybody that you're creating an adult game. You can prepare NSFW patch which will add to the story as mod or extra content to make it more realistic. So do the coding in such a way that NSFW patch won't work without the sfw game which should be a core. On f95 you can share the NSFW patch. But don't say that I'm creating this or that in open public. Only say this is some sort of novel game that's it.

So whenever suppose the checking will come (which is never gonna happen in near future). You can say this is completely sfw game and based on relations or something like that based on your story. And you can say about the lewds is that this were unofficial mods created by other creators and you don't know anything about them or any relation with this.

It's one thing to skirt around porn laws that I assume are barely enforced on the average joe. But fucking around with tax-evasion is just pure stupidity. Is it really worth getting drawn into a serious legal affair just so you can get a paltry sum from Patreon?

That said, if you are gonna do something, the NSFW patch sounds the most smart. I wouldn't recommend it, but at least there you don't have to do outright tax-evasion and are only breaking the porn law.

I don't live in Indonesia, nor am I knowledgeable in it their financial system. But in the US, you have to be making so much before the government actually starts wanting you to file taxes, etc. Making what will likely amount to a few hundred dollars (at least early on) total isn't something a government would pay attention to. I believe PayPal only says "Patreon, inc." when they send the money to said user. That could be anything. OP could be a writer or a critic. In the unlikely event that OP's game (not a diss, just reality) blows up, he can that he stays under the radar long enough to move to region/country where porn is legal (again, not really sure about visa laws, etc. with Indonesia. If the bank sees your money coming from legitimate sources (Patreon, Paypal), they'd be hard pressed to call evasion or laundering, etc. Now, if someone goes from a near empty bank account to large over a short span, that's when the banks/government start getting interested in you.

Not endorsing that OP should be doing this at all, nor should this be taken as actual advice.
