It has not a clear clear branching in 3 different path.
But within the main path you get to scenes where you can make pretty obvious choices that lead the scene in that way.

Played it again and found 3 scenes (up to this version) that confirms it is a harem game. First scene Night Out there is a choice "dance with girl" and "dance alone" no dance with male option. Tell mother you are gay or dont, no bisexual option. And last with the twins in lab, MC can impregnate other females but nothing was said about her been impregnated although she too has a vagina.
MC is a Lesbian. She wont have Sex with a Dude. And this is pretty clear IMO, so she would not dance with a dude, she would not say that she is bisexual (because she isnt) and she would not get impregnated.

You're right and my previous post was correct, it is indeed a harem game with futa mc. One thing though, futas can be lesbians or it was something the dev made up?

To criticize something you have to have at least tried it, without getting into discussions, I still like DIK but between releasing an episode a year, other games come out that I play and in the end I started to like them more, for example HAHT or the Luna saga or OURS, among many examples.
