There has never been any mention of this by the developer, but history suggests it may be a possibility.
Well, yeah, sex often leads to pregnancy. It's the ultimate STI. Any game that covers the topic may be lured into the pregnancy trap too. Some will be ecstatic, others will run for the hills, and still others will stick around for the sex, but try and ignore the new humans.

Most likely, there will be a pregnancy:

1) The sisters clearly hint to us that Jane should be careful and use protection. And as usually happens in games, something may not go according to plan. A condom may break or someone may forget to take birth control pills))

2) There is a teacher Larisa in the game who can't get pregnant and we, as noble
assistant, are obliged to help her))

is pregnancy plan to be added
If it isn't mentioned in the tags or Genres tab, then obviously the answer at this time is no.

It was mentioned rather prominently in a certain scene within the game, during which Jane and Marianne are told by Rachel and Jessica that Jane's semen is abnormally potent. Jane and Marianne realise that their previous bouts of unprotected sex may have resulted in a pregnancy, yet such was revealed not to be the case - this time. However, both Rachel and Jessica urge the young women that a greater degree of caution should be taken in the future.

Having said all that, I am all but certain that pregnancy shall at least be featured as a 'plot device' within the game in the future, even if not as a kind of fetish material. I could of course be incorrect in this inferrence, though given the 'evidence' - such as it were - available to us for now, I rather doubt it.

These are the players who run away when they see a pregnancy:

I know all that, which was why I clearly stated "at this time". My comment wasn't wrong, it just also wasn't as elaborate as others posted, mainly because I think the question was dumb in the first place and wasn't worth the full response. Realistically, who cares if there is pregnancy or not. AVNs never seem to do it justice anyway.
