It was never a working mod order, someone else has uploaded a more modern and working one if you work backwards in the thread.

i did, but I can't seem to trigger it and i don't see any option regarding public birth in the options. So far, the mod is a bust to me. Unless someone else had better luck on it. I bought mine on itch.io so I don't know if that makes a difference

According, explanation from nameless at Twitter. Hazumi should have pregnancy at week 42 or above mostly like overdue pregnant and she will birthing every where in map by you doesnt listen her command to OBYN btw i bought it too but seem it has some bug with dildo mod
my hazumi is overdue and it's still not triggering. Were you able to make it happen with the itch.io version?
do you think i have to start a new pregnancy to trigger it? because when i installed it, my hazumi was already overdue

Well, just walk entiry map itu will trigger some chat warn and yes i bought from itch.io
No matter which map i go tom it won't trigger. maybe there's a mod that i have that's preventing the event from happening, so i'm going to try and uninstall reinstall my mods and try to get it back again
you want my mod list order?, it may help, but its basically just walk until the event triggers, also, you need to instal the latest update of baby kick mod for it to trigger
well, i reinstalled my mods and now, I can trigger the event. However, after hazumi breaks her water and goes through dialogue, she doesn't give birth and the event resets after i enter another map and repeats
