no the 1. something sensitivity is an hard limit, I've been able to tweak it using MTool but it doesn't changes anything during sex
I assume they are several other variables to tweak as well, but don't know which one

I might look into the possibility of using mod managers in future to make it easier, but no promises as I haven't a clue about implementing custom extensions for them (if anyone has some ideas, hit me up!).
