This is what worked for me: You get Leila, Mia, and Rose up to 100 for all their areas -> progress through the final chapter and go into Munch City-> go to all of the ? points around Munch City where you talked to all three of them -> choose harem/single. After you have decided what route you want to take -> go back to Cabbage Village and the chest will open.

Only Avantgarde and Miel games have this feature so far I know. In Fox Girls Never Play Dirty you actually can not really enter harem route when going for Tattoos and/or Nipple Piercings.
It may be readable but not fappable. I can either get horny thoughts or use my brain trying to entangle what whas the actual meaning behind the sentence but for both there is not enough capacity.
