Honestly the new Mtl isn't that great at all

it isn't great.
just that the old was just so so awful that this is a big step up.

for some people it just went from unplayable to playable

I not sure. I think English patch is for Joiplay android emulator. I in progress of extracting game to PC right now. I might play on my phone when I feel like it

You can get them pregnant during regular gameplay, not ending exclusive.

This dev has previously worked with Kagura Games to translate some of their games. (in fact, one of their games is on Kagura's next releases right now)

The reason why they decided to use AI to translate this one is everybody's guess.
