I thought of that myself the last time she refused and felt bad for it. Yep, I also wished I could be the one denying what she obviously needs (and doesn't get from her hubby) and see what happens, but it doesn't look like the dev has plenty of spare time to support two different approaches with Amelie, so he's keeping things simple.
Yes, you're partly right, but there's another approach: If a new update comes out, don't come here for a few days, and then you won't have to complain. This is really just a piece of advice, buddy, because I do the same thing, believe me, it helps...
