I can understand Kylee saying "omg" as "oh em gee" but "tho" is lazy. It's a nitpick, sure, but when your game relies on text it might be a good idea to type the whole thing out just for the sake of enjoyment. If it fits the character then 100% use it (as said, like Kylee) or when appropriate (such as the texting scenes) but in dialogue? Come on.

Not saying the game is ruined and I'm too posh for bad grammar - just pointing out that it's lazy and if the dev is putting time into beautiful renders they could at least tidy up their writing... especially when they have 4,820 Patrons supporting them. The excuse that it's a porn game is really keeping it down. Porn games can have stellar writing. Shit, I love how Amelie is written here. We all do, clearly. I'm just hoping later chapters have less typos and shortcut words.

mannn, this game is something else - models are fucking amazing - one of the very very few games where I like every female character I have seen (played till Ch5)

my highlight of this is the kissing - so few games have animated kissing scenes and they are so well done

how often is this updated with a new chapter?

anyone know any other games with some hot kissing stuff?

But that's the thing - I don't think it is lazy. It's just the way dialogue is written in 2023. Since texting became the predominant communication method, writing has become abbreviated anywhere it can be. I still automatically put 2 spaces after a period before starting the next sentence because that's how writing was taught back in the day, but I also understand that hardly anyone does this anymore and I don't consider it lazy to use just a single space. Times change, language changes with it. C'est la vie.

A visual novel with subpar grammar because texting became popular..? I'll stop here because it's clear we won't agree with one another. The good thing is that I'm on chapter 6 and I've spotted less grammatical errors (or "choices") than before. I think chapter 4 was rushed because the writing mistakes were very noticeable there.

I'm also enjoying the progress of Amelie and MC to the point that I'm ruining my sleep schedule. This damn game... I want to experience more of Amelie's story. I'm really not looking forward to reaching the end and waiting for the next update like I said before. That chapter 8 is approaching quickly at my pace.

Dude, he's not even a native English speaker, my brother Xen is doing you a favor by translating this game so well, because it's not his, or anyone else's, obligation to be an expert in English grammar.

Furthermore, if there is any grammatical error in my answer, don't correct me, I don't have the slightest respect for this language

I know he's ESL. Please don't assume I'm complaining about the writing as a whole. I caught the game late and experiencing things now, sharing what I'm going through. Chapter 4 was very rough compared to the previous ones. It's valid to point that out. Appreciate everything Xen is doing otherwise I wouldn't be putting off sleep to play for like the 4th night in a row. Anyway, I won't ruin the thread further about grammar.

Fair enough - we definitely don't see I2I :ROFLMAO: so I agree to disagree.

My final note is that you made multiple claims of bad "grammar" but only presented examples of word choice and/or alternative (modern) accepted spelling variations (below). So out of curiosity I googled "grammar" and thought the Wiki page on it was fairly interesting, and you might find it interesting as well. There are parts that support my POV (ha ha) and other parts that support yours. So suffice it to say that grammar is a complex topic. (y)

Howdy! Her breasts are a Breastacular base, however I combine them with a handful of other assets, scripts, and shells (I can't remember them on the top of my head). If you're wondering about the morphing--that's a custom weight painting addon I built (not user-friendly).
