It's understandable when characters have no relevance to the story, but having the therapist in the Main Menu seems to indicate she'll have a relevant role, and you didn't assign her a name. Other than that, everything's fine.

Even the initial sex scene with the mom is all screwed up. She lays back asking for the MC to come closer and then it smash cuts to her passed out and the MC saying how good it was. The story and scenes are so disjointed and confusing because of how busted the scenes are.
