I have faced interesting... bug or feature (depends on view point, hehe). Not sure if this has been reported yet.
Anyway, in case if you are resizing yourself with toy in your hand, the toy you are holding will be scaled with you as well, which could lead to curious consequences. So far work only in VR mode since you need both of your hands to do this trick.
Of course, it won't fit anyone in this case, yet looks promising. I hope that developers won't remove it.
I want to confirm this work in the non VR version, holding the toy right above the screen for player scale, you can release and click the up size (only the small increase/decrease works well, or the toy clips) and hold the object again and it will carry over the resize.
Also hope this bug remains... this is amazing.

EDIT: also need to experiment with size, after some size it won't move or even fit. But you can decrease it again a little.
EDIT2: this can get out of hands... 1662173971954.png

EDIT3: Works with every object... sadly not the characters... I tried :(

This is just a reminder that the best features are bugs in this game always

A little guide on using UnityExplorer - I hope it will fit in one message.
BepInEx - probably x64, depends on OS
UnityExplorer -

Nope, that links do not work, here are the ones that should

Unpack BepInEx inot the game folder - so folder, dll and config are in the same folder where exe is
UnityExplorer - move 'plugins' folder intoHeat/BepInEx
Start the game. An overlay should appear - it can be turned on/off with F7
You need Object Explorer - opened by default.
Character scaling - find the character's name (not clone, original one)

Also POIs allow to move poses for a character between locations - Click the triangle, copy it, paste into other POI, apply (only for the same character) 1662208107013.png

Active object like dildos (not spawned characters, they are clones) can be resized or duplicated

Scaling bodyparts also works, but it is a bit harder and has issues - you need to scale both model and collision - and the are scaled differently
Model - select character (not clone) in object explorer, character/character/root/root.x/cc_dickRoot.x/cc_dickShaft_01.x - and scale
Collision - character/character/ControlRig/penis/erectBase - scale (a bit more or less than model). Respawn (not change position) character and check the changes

Could you provide a screenshot of how the folder structure should look like?
I did my best to follow the steps but the Object explorer won't open for me.

May be wrong BepInEx version? It should create a bunch of folder inside it's folder after you launch the game.

BepInEx folder, winhttp.dll and doorstop_config.ini inside game folder, plugins inside BepInEx folder (BepInEx/plugins/dlls). 1662233076884.png

Oh, crap. I decided to check the version I provided and broke everything

Phew, fixed it. Okay. Delete all folders except Heat_Data and Poses. Download and put contents of the archive into game's folder. Download and put 'plugins' folder into game/BepInEx. This should work
