patience is a virtue, in VR its fiddly and (at least with knuckles) a little too easy to grab parts by accident. in 2d mode its just kinda awkward. still doable though but you're using keyboard key combos for the different rotation axis of what you've got grabbed, and wasd for movement so fine tuning is...not great loll.
Funny. I do all of my posing in 2D.
First I set Disable Climax, Disable Hip Thrust, Keep Erect. Than I usually set up the Top first (arms spread in T-Pose) in a pose. Than I try and set the Bottom into position (first I spread their legs to do the splits) by sliding the Bottom onto the Tops penis and enable hip thrust to make sure there's no major clipping (than disable hip thrust). After that I position the Bottom into a decent pose. Than I finish posing the Top.

iirc, at least in vr, when you start trying to tweak the hand it'll default to closed and you have to move the sliders to open the fingers back up.
Start in VR. This allows you to use both hands to make poses faster. I usually start with an idea I think is hot. Like a bedroom pose where marina is riding but shes doing an autotitfuck at the same time. Then I T pose both the top and bottom. I like to place the bottom first since the dick can start acting up if you pose the top first. Once theyre near where you want them to be pose the arms and legs. Then I like to wrap up by going to desktop to pose the fingers since adjusting the sliders can be a pain in vr. If you dont care about finger posing just skip that and do entirely in vr.
