To me worked fine, Try to put the patcher on the same folder of the game, just create one name it HEAT3.5 and patch the game. To me it worked this way.

Second: Closed the main menu to open the radial and...now I can't bring up the main menu again.

Edit: Moving to a different room fixed it.
