My main problem is why is he only seeing them once a week? He says himself that he's not working at the moment due to his condition, has limited time and seems to have plenty of money. I'm not saying to go to Heaven's Door every night, but why only a Thursday? What is he doing with the rest of his time?

Gotta say, she's a great-looking woman, definitely love her sweet lips and am looking forward to seeing them work their magic on MC's dick, but sadly, she sounds exactly like every gold digger that ever existed IRL, and don't even get me started on her ridiculous expectations from the man she expects to marry her. A 35 yo single mom and stripper getting married to a young, attractive millionaire like the MC sounds as likely to happen as me saying I'll buy myself a damn Bugatti by working minimum wage... maybe in the next 100 or so years if I don't spend anything, an impossibility in the near future tho.

She's probably forced to do it, either by circumstances, to pay off her debts and/or to support her family or some lunatic/crazy (ex)BF forces her to strip so he can make money off her. The MC doesn't want anyone seeing him suffer, not even that Leroy guy, his business partner and friend or employee he trusts enough to let him make big business decisions on his own, and put himself in a position where he thinks ppl only help or talk to him out of pity.What is he doing with the rest of his time?
It would explain why he broke off his engagement or got dumped by his fiancée. Simple speculation on my part and nothing more than this, but I agree, it's very weird he doesn't visit the club on the weekend, when all the fun's going down and he can forget his daily struggles, even if it's for a few minutes. Who knows ?? We'll just have to wait on the next update(s) to shed light on this question.

With how the "empty" days are handled, it doesn't matter anyway. I would just like to see him doing a bit more with the time that he has left, but I'm sure that we will get to that. Especially once he starts spending more one on one time with the girls.

Going on Fridays or Saturdays (the busy nights) would be no good, the girls would have extra work and he wouldn't be able to just hang with them.

we'll get to that for sure, for now his life seems to be quite empty by choice, but once the relationships start developing we'll get content with the girls outside the club setting (and Thursdays)

You know, the game is optionally harem. You can just follow one romance route at a time if that's what you really want, though obviously you'll miss quite a bit of content (but that's really no different than games that force branching and replays).

That would be simply too stupid and kinda heartbreaking of him to do, if it turned out it's true. The guy has money, he can do a lot of good things to help other ppl and put some positivity out into the world, instead of drinking himself to sleep and spending all his hard-earned money on strippers and more drinks.
Judging by what we've seen so far, it seems like the MC really lost his will to fight for his survival and is only speeding up the inevitable without giving too many fucks about what he leaves behind and how many ppl his death will affect, and I do hope at least one of the girls will somehow manage to convince him to change his mind about this.
Something to understand about patients that receive a terminal illness diagnosis, is that it's incredibly common to experience anticipatory grief. The fact that MC is a doctor and knows exactly what is likely in his future often makes that worse.
MC has clearly been dealing with that poorly for months by isolating himself, ignoring treatment options, and getting blackout drunk. I'm quite certain that a lot of the plot (regardless of if we get a happy ending or not) will be him working through this grief and learning to "live again" with the help of the LIs.
