This, which I imagine (just my guess) is why Patricia makes a point of saying "He's different"...because he sticks out like a sore thumb in a strip club out of town full of gangbangers, idiots and whatever the usual crowd is. That he just wants to relax and isn't actively near the front 'eyeing up' the talent and 'flashing the cash' is another indicator. In addition to what Maviarab said, keep in mind that only some of the LIs warmed up to MC so far. Your perspective is probably slightly skewed because they're obviously the ones with the most screen time. I'm sure some of the other strippers will take a little longer to open up.
The other thing to consider is what your type of guys the strippers typically have to deal with. I'm sure they very quickly could tell MC is not their typical customer. I can imagine that someone like him might feel like a breath of fresh air they'd like to be around, at least on slow nights like Thursday when they probably aren't earning much anyways.
The ones that make money are the ones that are out working the crowd. Wheedling drinks dances and tips and becoming customers' favorite - which means yes, making friends. The ones that hide in the dressing room and only come out to do their sets and then go back into hiding aren't making near as much as they could. Even if they're hot AF compared to plainer but more outgoing girls. As they are dancers and not in a social club, they are here for the money, not making "friends".
No need for so much but yeah, heheI'm sure most would agree, 5 chapters of the MC 'slowly getting to know' the girls with little else happening would be a tad dull heh.
I apologize in advance......they are there for the tips.
I do agree somewhat on the rushed but yeah you quoted my comment. It's the media it is, we can hand wave it away as AVN/Porn logic. Bit like Jackson's Fellowhip of the Ring...different media, sure some folks complained but would anyone really want 10 hours of Frodo in the Shire before he left?No need for so much but yeah, hehe
Just remember, my helmet bigger than yours!I apologize in advance......
Oh they'll get more than the tip!
Another thing to keep in mind is that our perspective of time is likely off a bit. At this point, MC has been going there three different Thursdays, likely for several hours at a time. We only see the "highlight reel" of his visits though, so it feels like less interaction during their encounters and social reflection in the week-long gaps between his visits.I do agree somewhat on the rushed but yeah you quoted my comment. That'a ann excellent point Reh! three weeks, not sure it's ever confirmed (unless I missed it) but say maybe he getting there early evening, we know roughly he getting to the station early hours of the morning or very late...so yeah he there for a good 5 or 6 hours each time isn't he.Another thing to keep in mind is that our perspective of time is likely off a bit. If people let their mind fill in the gaps a bit, it may help with a sense of pacing.
A tiny digression of the game topic here: depending on cultural ways, in some countries (Exemple, some European ones) it may take a few months before a real smile and greetings from a coffee/pub/bar waitress, i mean a sincere one. While in some others after 10mns they make you feel like their new best friend, in a very commercial/customer services way of doing things.MC has been going there three different Thursdays, likely did several hours at a time
A small, Southern town? Friendly. At least superficially. Even if they hate you.A tiny digression of the game topic here: depending on cultural ways, in some countries (Exemple, some European ones) it may take a few months before a real smile and greetings from a coffee/pub/bar waitress, i mean a sincere one. As someone that lives in the South, stole the words from my mouth. Especially if you go to smaller towns like Houma.A small, Southern town? Friendly. At least superficially. Even if they hate you.![]()
Honestly most games I don't care like when girls get attached to quickly but the way it was done in this game I really liked it especially with the personalities the girls have so far.I really enjoyed that first chapter/release
Such a cool VN so far, good renders and the story and chars are very entertaining
If i were able to give my 2cts : i would have give a slightly different approach at first, the girls being too easy to talk to too fast IMO.
But this is just a very minor detail as the way i would have seen it, would have been a bit more longer, yet sexier.
Meaning, the dancers feels attracted by the MC a bit too fast and when you know the type of guy you can cross path with in those clubs, the girls feel a bit too easy to convince than MC is a good guy, in a very short period.
I would have seen first a MC spending much more money on private dances = more sexier scenes, and then the girls would have seen that MC is not the usual guy and way more decent than most = interest picked and more eager to know him.
So a bit slower approach and more "credible" one to my eyes.
As they are dancers and not in a social club, they are here for the money, not making "friends". Thus, first contact is via money, and then they are maybe willing to really know this unusual customer.
As said just my 2 cents and anyway, the game is really cool as it is.
Since I don't like Patricia or Mika (and not that fussed on Nikki either), it hasn't been too quick for me at all.Honestly most games I don't care like when girls get attached to quickly but the way it was done in this game I really liked it especially with the personalities the girls have so far.
Mika im mixed on hated her at first now im more or less okay but still not a favorite middle of the pack for me. Patricia I like and dislike at the same time if im being honest. I like her personality but then with how she is when it comes to sexual acts I don't like. Like I didn't even want a lap dance from here but don't recall being able to say no because how I said yes to everything else on her path tho I could be mistaken maybe. Also the scene with her foot was a little weird to meSince I don't like Patricia or Mika (and not that fussed on Nikki either), it hasn't been too quick for me at all.
The girls I want are still to be introduced or barely a couple of words. Aurora, Sylvanie, Genevieve, Maddie, Miranda. (They're going too slow for me).![]()

Just my opinion, I found Patricia a bit slutty and gold diggerish (compared to the others). I know others didn't think it, it was just the way it came across to me. And when she chased Fawn away, she got put on my 'no' list.
I hated how they were talking about Fawn without knowing the context as to why made me feel bad for her.Just my opinion, I found Patricia a bit slutty and gold diggerish (compared to the others).
