The theme of this new chapter was interesting. I think the situation the protagonist is in is interesting. He has to start thinking about it since he doesn't have much time left to live, so he needs to think about what he's going to leave as a legacy. If I were him, I would go back to work and, with the talent he has in medicine, I would help as many people as I could, in addition to doing other good things out there. In short, I would try to make a difference in the little time I have. I think doing this is much better than going to a strip bar every week and drinking and wasting the little time I have left.

That would be a very boring AVN.

I suspect we'll keep going to the strip club, but I think the legacy is a little ways off yet. It's possible that he doesn't die at all, but maybe he helps the women sort out all of their various problems before he goes? I don't know. No one has really presented him with any possible missions yet.

i haven't read the whole thread so someone's probably already pointed this out, but Patricia was already on my shit list before this update, and Nikki as well, for how they treat Mika.

Patricia decides that Mika doesn't deserve to decide whether to keep her identity private, with her only justification being that the mc already knows Patricia's real name; that shows a staggering level of apathy from someone who is supposed to be a friend, especially when she knows about Mika's stalker and that Mika is justifiably worried something similar will happen. then Patricia and Nikki ridicule her for calling them old, which she didn't even do but immediately apologized for anyway. they keep ridiculing her, demanding that she apologize (which she already did, twice) and insulting her appearance. this could be just normal teasing between friends, except that they continue doing it until Mika is legitimately upset over it, and then expect everything to be better because they said they forgave her. then Nikki asks the mc to join them outside of work without even asking Mika how she felt about it, and they not only ignored her when she said she wasn't comfortable with it but deflected by making fun of the way she said it and for calling them old again (which she still didn't do) until she agrees to the mc coming to get them to stop. except they don't even stop then, they keep at it until the mc tells them to stop. for that whole conversation, Mika is visibly uncomfortable.

just overall, really not a fan of how they treat someone who's supposed to be their friend, how they just completely don't care about Mika's feelings as long as they can have a laugh or get closer to a guy they have their eyes on. especially given how iirc they claim to be looking out for her as a less experienced dancer.

funny how when you like or dont like a character you can overlook things. What you just pointed didn't phase me or seem like a big deal when I played Ch 1 cause im not into Mika. I think she also did something or said something to the MC that made me not care for her as much 2. I forget what without a replay.

I mean, I immerse in these things more than I should (but TBH I do that with most stories and lose interest if I can't.) Anyway, I didn't like some of the behavior but I played it as he's being invited into their world a little bit and it's one he doesn't understand so he should be careful about criticism at least until he was a little more familiar. And no one is a sure thing or on my shitlist yet.

If you ask Musk, he will tell you LEGACY is either going to Mars or making a lot of babies. I'm sure we can do the latter here

kind of hard to do that when the guy that your fiance was cheating with works with you and you are expected to NOT beat him into a coma. also I doubt he is going to die very soon since that would make the game short and boring. chances are at some point, he'll start having fun, develop close friendships with some of the girls, maybe even get into a relationship, and take medicine to shrink the tumor enough to have it removed surgically

Well, as for the fact that he works, he just had to go to another hospital. It wouldn't be difficult for a talented doctor like him to get a job, and I hope he gets cured of this cancer because it would be cool to see that not only for the story but also to show that cancer is not a death sentence (I actually want to make this topic my last assignment at college). I'm just saying that right now, at the current moment in history, he's leading a sad life with a sad routine. He needs a purpose in his life.

I really enjoy this vn, it's different. Not a vn filled with immaculate conception mothers and amazingly virgin 20 year olds.

It was nice to have a couple of lewd sex scenes in this even if it was only with fawn. Though I would of preferred Aurora but like alot devs the real quality ones are always dragged out.

This is a harem game and that just won't work. How she was with Aurora was just unacceptable. Maybe if you want to do just a Fawn/Sylvanie path.

I was only ever with Mora in Bare Witness, and normally I don't do Harems but I haven't figured out what to do with this one yet. First of all, I'm not convinced that any of them are "in love" with him - at least not yet, especially after the last update. Second, it's one of the few plausible scenarios where I could see something like a harem happening. Women may get jealous and possessive. That's normal. In this case though, if they really like him - even if several of them really like him, but he only has two years to live then they might agree to share. If he's dying then none of them are looking at him as long term - marriage and kids material.

iirc the devs said it's intended as a harem game, but LIs are not forced on you, however they will still be much more actively present in the story compared to most rejected LIs from BW who pretty much disappeared if you weren't on their route.

The devs have stated its a harem game, and all girls will be optional.
It can be a harem of MC+1 or MC+Everyone or anything in between.
They have also stated choices/actions have consequences.
So doing stuff with Fawn now is gonna alienate at least 4 of the girls most likely.
So if you're going for the full harem path, I'm thinking its best to put her in her place now, let her learn her lesson that she cant be a bitch to everyone and still get her way, and then add her in later once she learns to play nice with others.
