Not really. It hits the first part - giving the reason for him "living" in that hotel room, but I don't see where the second part comes in. If it's just a bit of backstory, how does it make things more complicated? Unless you're expecting Hannah to turn up now and start trying to get in the way of the girls as she tries to win him back?
We're still in the very early stage of the game, so I'll say let the dev cook. Still, so far I just don't see the necessity of bringing the cheating gf plot here, since MC's brain tumor alone is already a huge magnet for drama in a normal-setting harem game, aka we already know MC is down on his luck, and we already know from the first chapter that each LI has her own issue to deal with, so adding this part of MC's backstory to the game seems to further complicate the story with less payoff.

Yeah, Dev can have a simpler way. It's because MC wants to be in a peaceful place to calm himself down, he still has 2 years to live.

I think MC has a problem with his family, in chapter 2, he hesitated to answer Niki about his family. If Dev adds a problem, he must add a solution. It seems that his writing skills have improved.
I don't think that's necessarily bringing in complications, it's just giving reasons for him living in a hotel room - he can't move into his parents' house. A lot of the time, these complications just arise from people overanalysing the story so far. It's rarely as complicated as the theories suggest.

Again, I don't think it's adding complications. It just answers the question of why the attractive, successful young MC is single and living in a hotel room.

Strip club game. Expecting all the women in the game to be wholesome monogamists while also grinding on dudes dicks as a career path. Some of you need to go to a real club and try to romance the staff and see how far that gets you. Report back after, I need a good laugh.

As we used to tell new guys in the army, you paid her to grind on you......your entire relationship is going to depend on your ability to monetize her time.
Lmfao. Fellow vet. Respect. Don't romance the strippers. They're only for flings. Some of my friends and I in the Navy had some girls from a club in Chicago as fwbs. They're pretty good entertainment at house parties as well. Just don't take it seriously. It's temporary fun. Lol

Something this update pointed out that hints that mc will live is what the doctor said about getting the tumor small enough to remove. Chances are, at least halfway through or 75% done, we'll reach the point where the tumor becomes removeable and that in turn leads to the rest of the game being mc recovering, figuring out what to do now that his future is no longer limited, and figuring out which of the girls he wants to be with.

Got to get him to agree to the chemo (or whatever it was) first though. It's not going to shrink just on the power of thinking positive thoughts. At present (bearing in mind I've not finished the update yet), he's not treating it.

That would be sad though, because he'd then have to watch Charlie pass. They seem to have developed a good friendship and I think the MC essentially considers him family.

Though, being out there in the bayou, I guess they potentially could be. ;)

Amazing update! Wishlisted and going to grab on Steam when it's available! Really glad we finally got to spend more time with my favorite Sylvanie/Fawn! Especially all the mass kissing, that's a huge turn on for me haha...

I have a question about a certain scar we see during some scenes that I'll write in spoilers though. What exactly is the scar we see on Sylvanie's lower left abdomen? Is that a scar that you would have from like, a C-Section surgery? Or like, a kidney type procedure? I don't really remember much from anatomy classes but the only thing I remember being in that area is the kidney, but after brief research it seems like the ovary might be related as well. Anyone have any thoughts or theories behind this?

There is another one too,i forget his name. The one who u falled on the stage.
You mean Miranda/"Kitten"? I can't remember if her age is given, but I always got the impression she was younger (although she's certainly old enough to be a mother). It could just be me equating her inexperience at the job with being young though, and I've not seen her in "good" lighting yet to get a better idea of her rough age...

I think it'll be the opposite. Right now he doesn't seem like he wants to keep going or that maybe he has given up hope. I think forming a relationship with some, all, or someone in specific throughout the story is going to give him some hope for the future, or, courage or the will to go through with the procedure personally. When he reaches that point, he will probably start radiotherapy and/or chemo and then aim to get it surgically removed/reduced.

Also, for some procedures, they will shrink it with steroids slightly first, then surgically reduce it first before doing radiotherapy and/or chemo AFTER to clean up the rest and prevent it from growing back/bigger. There are a lot of factors that go into this, and I'm no doctor, but without going into details, I do have firsthand experience with this procedure from a direct family member...

Either way I think at some point in the story, after developing a relationship(s), he'll give it a try. For his own future, and his future with (whoever you choose as your LI). Or at least, I hope he does try. It's always worth fighting for and I will always believe that.
