It's funny because it is one of the few things I repeatedly do when replaying Mass Effect 2 is romancing Kelly Chambers for that endgame reward! So in my canon she IS Kelly Shepard

Knows far too much about her and MC's childhood so unless she was really, really good friends with Kelly and/or the MC then it's very doubtful.
It's also very skirting Patreons rules of the roost so needs to be very very careful there. If sex is involved there is no guarantee they will accept that story.
