There was a mod for that but you must understand that for most of the quest to work you must have about equal male to female, as for clubs and there quest line you must have a min of 6 males in them and about 20 students for there quest to trigger.
As for pregnancy there is only 1 in the vanilla game you can get pregnant and she is a student.
See above for single gender mod. (I don't know if its been updated to 1.10 yet though.)

I just read it and so far I don't see anything out of order here but there is an rng for each of the scenes and if your unlucky it can take more days to unlock.

Some of the items needed to increase relationship with the special characters has been changed I guess or it has been set to rng. Stacy for instance asks for a Formal wear not inappropriate casual clothes. Priscilla also doesn't take my nude photo after the DSLR. She asks for a naked human photo but I can't give it for some reason.

No walkthrough will ever be set in stone for this game because of the rng thing.
Ya its an rng thing but the more corrupted you get them they take what is written in the walkthrough so it looks like the poster did other things along with what is posted.
But it will give players a good idea of what they can do and should do to move the game forward, just remember there is no wrong way to play this game and you don't have to do quest at all if you don't want to.
The only thing you need to do is make the school better in the 2 1/2 years you get to play.
There is things left out like Sirrea Harding quest line needs the school sports class to start her quest line.
It should be a guide line only.

Not sure why, but the game stopped booting for me. It booted fine for about a week with the various mods that work for 1.10. I did modify some game files, and that's when the problem began, but then I just deleted everything and started fresh except it didn't fix the problem. I can see the process startup on the task manager, but then it immediately ends. Any idea how I can resolve this issue?

Delete everything including the folder then restart your computer and unpack the game again and see what happens.
I did that and got the same result. However, it's probably an issue with my SSD. The drive I initially saved the game on was a secondary, so I moved the game to my primary and it booted right up.
I recently ran into this too so I can help. The selfie works, but you have to take it after she asks, not before. Just take another selfie and offer it to her. I assume you found the formal wear in the clothing shop too?

Grind? The only grind I've come across is the grind to make more money - and that's remedied by educating your classes ASAP, then growing your student base and increasing it again. That's easy enough to do with the class setup. Making extra money can be done by working at the diner while the students learn at school. This is like any other sandbox game, in that you choose where to focus your efforts. Want money? Go work part time. Want the school as corrupt as possible as fast as possible? Teach economics all day and buy sex toys or softcore porn mags - and drop a pile of them in the main entry of the school where only students go. They'll pick them up as they get corrupted, and start corrupting themselves every night. Want to work through specific quest chains? Some takes RNG to start, some take specific conditions.
Sure thing, but I haven't played 1.10 extensively. Tell me what needs updating and I'll see if I can remake it.
A lot of the gameplay loop is grinding though
Grinding named characters corruption (such as the Perriers, the Hooters, the Titsbigs, etc), grinding skills (lockpicking, mind control, hacking, etc), relationships (Suzy Slutzky and the clothes shop owner, since both don't have their own quests as of 1.10), and of course money, as you said.
I'm not saying it's a bad thing, just poining out the game has heavily revolves around grinding and waiting.
Well that's because it's just a 1st week guide, the idea was to set them on a course towards improving the school's stats, getting the approval of the PTA and setting up sources of income.
A more concise walkthrough (though possibly somewhat outdated) can be found in jpsimon's post (which I linked to in references)
... but uh, you probably already knew all of that.
